THE ARCH PROGRAM is a mentorship created to empower people with an insatiable appetite for growth with uncommon opportunities to develop personally and professionally through Robeson Parks.
It is an incubator for the next generation of polymaths, offering a multifaceted experience that intercepts the rigid model of traditional internships and transmutes the undervalued role of an intern.
We created THE ARCH PROGRAM to pay direct homage to the impactful mentors in our lives and to create a pathway for people of color to access experiences and garner the skills that can be utilized to impact their communities.
Our goal is to build a network of cultured creatives who are equipped with a myriad of tools to solve the world’s biggest problems.
We’re looking for individuals committed to excellence with a desire to challenge themselves and uncover new talents. We are not excluding candidates based on previous experience or polish. We are looking for those with a willingness to put in the work to become great(er).

THE ARCH PROGRAM is thirteen weeks, starting September 3rd, 2024. Each week, our selected mentees are expected to commit up to 10-15 hours, either on Zoom, individual time, or possibly in person on set.
Our selected mentees will be immersed in a multi-faceted curriculum under the tutelage of RP Architects (the mentors). Each week, we’ll lead discussions, collaborate on projects, and develop targeted skills that are tailored to the interests of the mentees.
The mentorship will culminate with a capstone project that creates a portfolio-worthy project. Our goal is to anchor the mentorship in real-world experience that our mentees can use immediately upon program end.
